PolySi Technologies offers a variety of silicone lubricants used throughout the automotive industry. Brake Systems
Calipers:
PolySi Technologies is on the leading edge of development for brake caliper lubrication. Our PST-407 synthetic and PST-555 silicone lubricants have superior slide friction and anti-corrosion properties, making it a product of choice for OEMs.
Brake Pads:
PolySi Technologies' Moly Paste is an extreme anti-seize lubricant incorporating molybdenum disulfide and specialized graphite, creating a composition of synthetic inhibitors and base oil. This material is formulated for use between brake pads and shims where extreme conditions require heavy lubrication.
Brake Boosters:
PST-511 was designed as a lubricant for rubber and plastic parts. The silicone-based grease offers superior moisture barrier capabilities. This material is ideally suited for brake boosters and actuators.
